Mondejar Gallery Collaborates with Saatchi Gallery for “Sacred Land/Yvy Katu” Exhibition Featuring Fundraising Auction in Support of Planethon-365

London, England - In collaboration with Saatchi Gallery, Mondejar Gallery presents Sacred Land/Yvy Katu, an exhibition featuring works by Conor Mccreedy and Christian Neuenschwander, alongside 6,500-year-old subfossil oak trees and artefacts connecting art with nature’s ancient resilience.

Curated by Daniella Celine Williams and Giulietta Bateman, Sacred Land/Yvy Katu also includes contributions from artists such as Angel Ortiz, Arnaud Bourgain, Conrad Shawcross, David Yarrow, Diana Gomez, Olivier Mourao, and Tigerlily Lewis, as well as prehistoric artefacts from Stone Gallery.

A highlight of the event is a live fundraising auction conducted by Lord Dalmeny of Sotheby’s, with proceeds benefiting SOS Amazônia, Amazonia Alerta, and Mothers of the Amazon through Planethon-365, an initiative dedicated to supporting environmental sustainability and preservation.

The exhibition is scheduled for Wednesday, 27th November 2024, from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm at Saatchi Gallery.
